Hatha Yoga
Steady, considered practice with time to understand each posture, connect to the breath and build strong foundations.
Movement · Breath · Rest
Warm, clear and grounded teaching with space to learn, explore and adapt—without pressure to perform or perfect a pose.
Each style offers a different rhythm. We can choose steadiness, flow or stillness depending on what supports you that day.
Steady, considered practice with time to understand each posture, connect to the breath and build strong foundations.
A beginner-friendly introduction to this structured practice, exploring how breath, movement, focus and a sequence of postures work together.
Accessible practices to pause, reconnect with the breath and create a little more space within everyday life.
My approach to AshtangaI teach the foundations for beginners, with clear guidance, adaptations and time to understand the practice—not only to move through it. I also introduce a little of its theory and philosophy, including the eight limbs of yoga, breath, focus and the purpose behind the sequence. I am continuing to develop my own Ashtanga practice and do not currently offer advanced-level teaching.
“Yoga is not about becoming someone else. It is a space to return to yourself.”
Clear guidance, thoughtful sequencing and a practice you can genuinely connect with.
Respect for your body as it is today, with options and no expectation of perfection.
Movement, breath and reflection held together as parts of one whole practice.
